  Wildlife experts are saying that Bears are starting to come out of &lt;br&gt; hibernation and are very hungry. They recommend bringing bird feeders &lt;br&gt; in.   Especially if you watch the migration &#39;bloom&#39; on NEXRAD. &lt;br&gt; Here in Philippi, the Tygart river may flood tonight or tomorrow &lt;br&gt; because of the sudden melting of the substantial snowpack to the east &lt;br&gt; of us combined with the rain forecast for tonight. My house is far &lt;br&gt; above the river, but there may be water in the streets in some places

  During our visit to the Sitka Raptor Center last May, we were told that &lt;br&gt; amputation of toes can be enough to make it impossible to release a rehabbed &lt;br&gt; Bald Eagle. &lt;br&gt; As I recall, amputation of the rear toe prevents the eagle from being able to &lt;br&gt; hunt efficiently. &lt;br&gt; I hope it will prove to be possible to release this Golden Eagle.
