  I still have a problem with that. The committee has repeatedly said that &lt;br&gt; they don&#39;t look at RPI rank, and I believe them. Just because 27 and 74 &lt;br&gt; are the outer bounds of all time selections, that doesn&#39;t mean it will &lt;br&gt; stay that way. &lt;br&gt; Illinois clearly outpaces other teams on the bubble for quality wins.
